The identity reconstruction. 

The closing out chapters of your heart. 

The waking up of more purpose and presence in your life.

I know it can be terrifying to believe in transformation, or maybe you have been sold this idea that something is inherently wrong with you for so long that it has cemented into your identity and you might be unconsciously still writing this script. Believe me, I know this can shift.

This not an airy fairy idea of change.

This is where we get into the core of who you are so you can sustain yourself through this life with foundations that truly nourish you. 

A lot out there speaks into your potential.

Activating your potential.

You don’t just want to know about your potential, you want to embody the fullness of who you are. 

What is the point of unlocking your potential if you do not know HOW TO WORK WITH IT?

This is the remembrance that most of us are secretly seeking. 

We do not need to "fix" ourselves. We need to remember who we are, come back to the heart, return to community, return to the earth by grounding in to being here, and be supported through the transitions that life naturally calls us into and awakens within us.

I have walked the deeply intimate path of what I call “birthing yourself”, or bringing light to the true you, and moving through the discomfort of reinventing who you are, while your world is crumbling or the old is falling away and you're finding yourself in the void.

Ultimately, there is no substitute for what real lived experience of going through depths of pain and coming out on the other side brings to transformation.

Not just the other side of, “oh I lived, time to go on autopilot.” 
The other side of the density that has lingered in your cells for generations.

The other side of that deep story that is ready to be freed up within you.

My intention is that you fall so deeply in love with every part of you that you feel confident and clear to navigate whatever life may hand your way in the future, in addition to feeling the power to fully create a life that reflects the light that lives inside of you. 

This is courage. This is beauty. This is grace. This is strength. This is YOU.

Ultimately, you have big dreams. Dreams that require your awakened light.

Dreams that require your energy here in the present. Dreams that require the true you.
