Above all, you know your light is here for more than just healing. You are tired of feeling like you have to work on yourself, but also desire more possibility and expansion in your world that you haven’t been able to taste. 

There might be a part of you that dances the delicate dance between healing and “alignment.” This space is intended for you to see and connect to a state of peace through it all, where you learn how to stay connected to your authentic light through constrictions. In this place, you can surrender your mind, drop the stories that are stalling your flow, temper the questions of “when will I get there?” and see how much already lives here now.

You deserve to feel freely like yourself. You’ve read the books, you believe in the power of the universe, you know what you desire, but still feel like you are worthy of more  . Ultimately, you are ready to reverse energetics that are working against you and against the flow of life.. 

You are tired of doing the journey alone. Your reflections and perception of yourself could use refinement, could use a cleaner calibration so you can thrive in your creative power.

I haven’t always felt like my true self. In fact, a decade ago I was nearly dead, anorexic, and so out of my body, living off 12 almonds a day. I had suppressed so much trauma, pain, was numbed out on a dozen medications, and did not want to be on the planet. 

I have walked the deeply intimate path of what I call “birthing yourself”, or bringing light to the true you. I have had numerous initiations in this life time and spiritual awakenings that i have used to help heal myself. I have also invested and received extensive support in my recovery, my embodiment, and my professional training and expertise.

Ultimately, there is no substitute for what real lived experience of going through depths of pain and coming out on the other side brings to transformation. Not just the other side of, “oh I lived, time to go on autopilot” but the other side of the density that has lingered in your cells for generations. The other side of that deep story that is ready to be freed up within you. My intention is that you fall so deeply in love with every part of you that you feel confident and clear to navigate whatever life may hand your way in the future, in addition to feeling the power to fully create a life that reflects the light that lives inside of you. This is courage. 

Ultimately, you have big dreams. Dreams that require your awakened light. Dreams that require your energy here in the present. Dreams that require the true you.
